Kevin Smith has been coaching high school football in southern New Jersey for 30 years, including 14 years as a head coach and nine as an offensive coordinator. His teams have qualified for six sectional championship games in that time, and have won three of them. They have also been ranked among the top teams in New Jersey several times.

Kevin played football at Gettysburg College, where he was a three-year starter at strong safety. Upon graduating, he spent 33 years as a History and Government teacher at Ocean City (NJ) High School before retiring in 2025 to work as a content creator for the Fans First Sports Network. He is the host of a football and coaching-oriented podcast, “The Call Sheet Daily,” which airs Monday-Friday on all major platforms, and a writer and contributor for PFI and the Steel Curtain Network on FFSN.
