BREAKING: Jerry Jones Got Fleeced By The Packers For Parsons

The Micah Parsons saga with the Dallas Cowboys has OFFICIALLY come to an end. After months of messy contract negotiations, the 4x Pro Bowler’s wish to be traded has finally been granted. He will now make his way to the NFC North, where he will don the green and yellow of the Green Bay Packers.

Parsons, who played with the Cowboys for four years, has become the top edge rusher in the league. The former Nittany Lion was a pivotal piece to the Cowboys’ defense, racking up 52.2 sacks and 172 solo tackles through his first 63 games with the team. His ability to disrupt games from the defensive side of the ball has been his calling card since Day 1, with opposing offenses having to make special precautions to slow him down.

In exchange for Parsons, Dallas will receive two first-round picks and DT Kenny Clark. Clark, a Pro-Bowler in his own right, is a nine-year vet who’s spent his entire career with Green Bay. He has certainly not been as impactful as Parsons during his time in the league, posting 35 sacks and 236 solo tackles through 140 games. But regardless…..he has still been impressive, nonetheless.

This was a ground-breaking deal that sent shock-waves throughout the league. It had players from all walks of life reacting in ways that make you LOVE social media.

But personally, as a Bears fan……I hate this with all of my being. I hate the fact that Jerry Jones is a senile old man who is stuck in the past. I hate the fact that my team currently has a battle at LT that they’re still working through. This entire situation has been so messy and so jacked up, to the point where I just want to (responsibly) swim through shark infested waters.

If Jerry could’ve just done negotiations the right way…..we wouldn’t be in this mess. But NOW……Ben Johnson has to deal with one of th greatest pass-rushers of this era TWICE A YEAR!

Absolutely ridiculous! But in the end, as always…..what do I know? I’m just a guy from the Midwest, with a beer and a laptop, trying to make sense of this world.
