Fantasy Football Rankings: Top Tight Ends for 2025

The 2025 NFL season is just weeks away and that means it is fantasy football season.

The tight end position has become an extremely important one in leagues. The position has become deep but there is nothing better than a top-flight tight end to lead your team each week.

Below, check out the Top 10 TEs this season along with other rankings.

Top 10 Tight Ends

  1. Brock Bowers, Las Vegas Raiders: Bowers has taken over as the clear No. 1 tight end in the league. He set a new rookie receptions record and will be the focal point of the passing game once again. Bowers could be in for another season with 100+ catches.
  2. Trey McBride, Arizona Cardinals: McBride did not score a touchdown until the end of the season but that will likely not happen again. With his volume from last season and more touchdowns, McBride is among the elite tight ends in football.
  3. George Kittle, San Francisco 49ers: Kittle returned to All-Pro status last season putting up some of his best numbers catching the football. With the Niners being a new-look team at wide receiver, this opens up more chances for Kittle once again.
  4. T.J. Hockenson, Minnesota Vikings: Hockenson was not at full strength last season. This year, he will be an important piece for rookie J.J. McCarthy as a security blanket. Hockenson remains one of the best pass-catching tight ends in the league.
  5. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions: LaPorta was a sensation as a rookie but had a bit of a down year last season — by his standards. There is a new offensive coordinator in Detroit but LaPorta should still get his fair share of chances.
  6. Travis Kelce, Kansas City Chiefs: Kelce is being overlooked heading into the season. He was the best tight end in football for years. While he might not be at that level anymore, Kelce is still elite due to his connection with Patrick Mahomes. He has the chance to be a late-round steal in drafts.
  7. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns: Njoku flies under the radar in fantasy due to the overall dumpster fire that is the Cleveland Browns. With Joe Flacco being named the starter, this bodes well for Njoku, especially in the red zone.
  8. Evan Engram, Denver Broncos: Engram has bounced around in his career and has found a home with Bo Nix and Sean Payton in Denver. Payton has put his stamp on the offense and with Nix taking another step in 2025, Engram could be in for a big year.
  9. Mark Andrews, Baltimore Ravens: Andrews is another tight end that has slipped down rankings in recent years but he is still the top option in the passing game. The Ravens have yet to find a true WR1 and this means Andrews will be the red-zone threat he typically is.
  10. Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers: Kraft has emerged in recent years and has solidified his spot within the Packers’ offense.
